A sculptural nuno-felted vessel reminiscent of Aladdin’s lamp, an artefact recovered from an ancient shipwreck, or from an archaeological dig. The subtle colour gradations and layered textures suggest erosion over time and echo structures found in geology and plant life.
The structure is firm and lightweight due to an internal layer of mulberry paper and has weights felted into its base, which ensures it stands securely despite its narrow footprint.
